Client Satisfaction Survey 2010

Here at ARK Financial Planning we have the singular aim of helping you achieve your lifetime financial goals by providing the most appropriate financial advice and, where necessary, arranging the most appropriate financial products and solutions to meet your needs; in both the good times and the bad.

We aim to provide the best possible advice through a combination of personal service, superior qualifications and experience; and we think we’re pretty good at it.

In an effort to make sure our clients have the same thoughts about our offering, we undertook a customer satisfaction survey in June/ July 2010 of 100 of our clients.

With three quarters of the total of 27 responses we received saying they are very satisfied with us and over 80% saying they would recommend us to others; perhaps it is time you contacted ARK Financial Planning.
